Jeff Davis has spent more than thirty-five years shaping master-planned communities across the Southwest, his career spanning every phase of land development, from acquisition and entitlement through planning, construction, marketing, and final sale.
As a former Managing Partner at M3 Companies, Jeff led the development of landmark communities across Arizona and Colorado, among them Prescott Lakes, American Ranch, and Wickenburg Ranch in Arizona, and Sandstone American Ranch in Colorado.
His expertise extends to municipal entitlements, community planning, HOA governance, historic restoration, architectural standards, and builder partnerships. Few developers bring this breadth of expertise to a single community.
Today, that same experience shapes every community The Davis Group builds: disciplined planning, long-term stewardship, and places built to endure.
Closer to home, Jeff and his wife, Melanie Davis, co-founded BDB Builders, pairing his construction expertise with her practice at Adorn Interior Designs. The two have called Prescott home for nearly thirty years.

Transaction Coordinator
Pam brings more than 25 years of office administration and transaction coordination experience to The Davis Group, having played an integral role in many of Prescott's premier residential communities, including Prescott Lakes, American Ranch, Enchanted Canyon, and now Stringfield at Granite Mountain. She is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona. A Prescott resident of more than 30 years and a graduate of Prescott High School, she is deeply connected to the local community, having dedicated nearly three decades to Horses with HEART Therapeutic Riding Center in Chino Valley.
